Recipe Variations
Add Nuts: For a crunchy contrast, sprinkle chopped toasted pecans or almonds into the chocolate layer before adding marshmallows.
Peanut Butter Swirl: Incorporate swirls of peanut butter into the chocolate layer for a rich, nutty variation that pairs wonderfully with marshmallow sweetness.
Salted Caramel Drizzle: Drizzle store-bought or homemade salted caramel over the baked bars for an extra layer of indulgence that complements the chocolate and graham base.
Use Flavored Marshmallows: Try vanilla bean or toasted coconut marshmallows for a unique, flavorful twist on the classic bar.
Make it Vegan: Use dairy-free butter, vegan chocolate chips, and marshmallows made without gelatin to create a plant-based version.
